Design in Practice
We’re Della J Designz and we’ve been creating works of art in the form of bags, right here in New York City since 2008. We are strong supporters of local businesses and because of this we are able to sell our bags at a fair price. We assist in refreshing and reviving our clients look from the outside in; if you get a person looking really good on the outside they’ll feel pretty good on the inside. And isn’t that what we all want anyway??
Anchored in Experience
I started this business because I was tired of seeing the same types of bags everywhere; they lacked color and innovative style. I attained my sewing knowledge from the Fashion Institute of Technology, during the 1980’s. Following, I was granted the opportunity to provide my services at Frank Fiore design. While working, I was creating and developing new styles and unique patterns for bags; which has now transformed into Della J Designz.
Building Relationships
My goal is to have every client looking fresh, funky and fabulous with one of my Della J Designz. As an indie designer I take special pride in the products I produce, simply because they are all inimitable pieces; which require a lot of devotion. Acquiring the fabric, cutting, stitching plus adorning, is no easy process; but it brings about a sense of enjoyment. It is important for me to build long lasting relationships with my customers, because the feedback and suggestions help me further enhance my bags. I encourage the surplus of ideas and style input, as this allows for room to perform bespoke orders as well.
